Wataniya Music Station is a virtual Radio Station where customers can listen to their favorite songs and dedicate the entire song to a loved one anywhere in the Maldives. The IVR based value added service allows Wataniya customers to call a short code & listen to their favorite songs, dedicate the entire song to a loved one, Download full MP3 Tracks of the Songs, Quran & Islamic Hymns to the phone and listen to it any time of the day. The entire call duration becomes chargeable and is deducted from the customer’s account.
Also, users can record their own voice and send it to their loved ones along with their selected song. In this initially the message recorded by the sender is played and then the selected song.
The message can be sent to any Wataniya number and also to other local mobile numbers. Customer needs to choose a particular music clipping, record his/her message, enter the mobile number and press 1. The message gets delivered in split seconds.
How to access to Wataniya Music Station
The user will be asked to select their preferred language from Dhivehi, English & Hindi and once the user selects his/her preferred language the main menu will be played which has the following options:

When the subscriber chooses a category, the sub category for each main category starts playing

Once the sub selects a sub category the navigation prompt is played

The customer to whom the song is dedicated to will hear the full song only and will be in MP3 format.
The maximum duration of the recorded voice message is 60 seconds.
The receiving customer will be called three times, and if he/she does not pick up the call the third time, the dedication will expire.
