eCHANNELLING allows Wataniya customers (Prepaid & Postpaid) in Maldives to pre-book doctor appointments in Sri Lanka via a simple call. Yes, now customers can book appointments with the doctors in Sri Lanka when going for medical treatment. No one would like to spend all the money, go abroad and find out that the doctor you actually wanted is not available. It will no longer happen with Wataniya eCHANNELLING service.

Product Overview
eCHANNELLING service under mHealth has been enhanced to enable both Prepaid & Postpaid customers. Now ALL Wataniya customers will have the convenience to pre-book doctor appointment for Hospitals in Sri Lanka.
Customers will be charged for the following:

Wataniya customers need to simply call the eCHANNELLING helpline 225 to make the doctor’s appointment. Each call to 225 will be charged Rf 5. Calls made to 225 are charged on per call basis and not based on duration.
Some important points:
After confirmation of the doctor appointment, customers will NOT be able to cancel or re-schedule the appointment
The customer must know the preferred hospital in Sri Lanka and the doctor he/she wants to meet and for what kind of treatment
Wataniya will NOT recommend any special doctors, hospitals or treatments to customers at any situation.
Repeat the booked information for the customer
Customers will receive a SMS to their phone as a confirmation of their appointment
The confirmation SMS will be received from 225

The Hospital in Lanka will take the full responsibility to these issues. They will make sure you get an appointment with another doctor the same day, or the doctor you requested for at the earliest |
