Dial *202# and follow the instructions.
How much credit do I need to have to use the service?
You need to have at least Rf17.00 as your credit balance to enjoy this service.
How much can I transfer?
Minimum amount you can transfer is Rf10.00. Maximum amount is Rf10,000.00
How much does it cost?
You will be charged Rf2.00 for each transfer.
How many times can I make a transfer?
You can make a transfer as many times as you want as long as you have a minimum balance of Rf17.00.
Important points to remember
When you transfer credit, the receiver will have the same validity period as before the transfer.
You cannot transfer credit if the other party’s validity has expired and you will receive an error message notifying you of this.
