Bill Enquiries

Every month your bill will be sent to you either as a traditional paper bill or as an eco-friendly eBill. Itemized bills may also be available on request.

To make paying your bill easier, you can use any of the following options: 

  • At any Wataniya Experience Centre 

  • At any Wataniya Business Partner Shop 

  • By direct debit through Bank of Maldives*

  • At any Bank of Maldives ATM machine*

  • At any Post Office 

  • At any Bank of Maldives branch

  • Through Maldives Internet Banking*

* Registration is required through the Bank of Maldives.

 

How do I check my bill balance with a text message? 

  • Send "Bill" to 500 

  • You’ll receive a text message letting you know your dues for the previous month as well as the running month. 

  • If you have more than one connection in your name, the message will give you your totals for all the connections. 

 

Do I get charged for the message?

Yes. You’re charged Rf1 for every message sent to 500.

 

Do I get charged if I send a wrong or blank message to 500?

Yes. You will be charged Rf1 for every message sent to 500, even if it’s a wrong or blank message.
