How do I check my bill balance with a text message?
Send "Bill" to 500
You’ll receive a text message letting you know your dues for the previous month as well as the running month.
If you have more than one connection in your name, the message will give you your totals for all the connections.
Do I get charged for the message?
Yes. You’re charged Rf1 for every message sent to 500.
Do I get charged if I send a wrong or blank message to 500?
Yes. You will be charged Rf1 for every message sent to 500, even if it’s a wrong or blank message.
