ADK Hospital SMS service

This is an SMS-based service with which, Wataniya customers can check the current consulting token and Doctors' duties of ADK Hospital via SMS. This service is available to all Wataniya customers.

Doctors' duty can be check as: Current duties / Tomorrow's duties / Weekly duties

How to use the service:

• To check the Doctor duty for current date (Today):

Type "DUTY TODAY GYN" and sent to short code "235", in short form users can type "TOD" and send to "235"
 

• To check the doctor duty for Tomorrow:

Type "DUTY TOMORROW ORTHO" and send to "235", in short form users can type "TOM" and send to "235"
 

• To check the doctor duty weekly (Sunday, Monday  ...etc.):

To get Sunday‘s Doctor duty type "DUTY SUNDAY GYN" and send to "235"

To get Monday‘s Doctor duty type "DUTY MONDAY GYN" and send to "235"

To get Tuesday‘s Doctor duty type "DUTY TUESDAY GYN" and send to "235"

To get Wednesday’s Doctor duty type "DUTY WEDNESDAY GYN" and send to "235"

To get Thursday‘s Doctor duty type "DUTY THURSDAY GYN" and send to "235"

To get Friday‘s Doctor duty type "DUTY FRIDAY GYN" and send to "235"

To get Saturday‘s Doctor duty type "DUTY SATURDAY GYN" and send to "235"
 

• In short form users can type "SUN, MON, TUE or WED" and send to "235"
  
   
• To check duty for a specific doctor’s: 

Type "DOCTOR <Space> <doctor name> "and send to "235". In short form, users can type "DOC" and send to "235"
 

• To check Waiting queue for doctors: 

Type "Q <space> <doctor name>" and send to "235"
 

Charges

Outgoing SMS to the short code 235 will be charged MRF 1.00 per SMS
